Thermogenic Blend Capsules

This is a finished dosage form, not a raw material, and the whole value of it sits in the assay sheet rather than the ingredient list. Every active is bought and released against a number. Caffeine anhydrous is USP or Ph. Eur. grade, CAS 58-08-2, C8H10N4O2, molar mass 194.20, and it is the component that sets the dosing ceiling: EFSA's 2015 opinion concluded that habitual intakes up to 400 mg per day and single doses up to 200 mg do not raise safety concerns for non-pregnant adults, 200 mg per day for pregnant women. Green tea extract is Camellia sinensis leaf; the USP monograph for Powdered Decaffeinated Green Tea Extract requires not less than 60.0% polyphenols calculated as EGCG, not less than 40.0% (−)-epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate (CAS 989-51-5, C22H18O11, 458.37) and not more than 0.1% caffeine on the anhydrous basis. Green coffee extract from Coffea canephora or C. arabica green bean is standardised to 45–50% total chlorogenic acids (CAS 327-97-9, C16H18O9, 354.31). Garcinia gummi-gutta (L.) N.Robson fruit rind extract runs 50–60% (−)-hydroxycitric acid (CAS 6205-14-7, C6H8O8, 208.12), normally as the calcium or potassium salt. The pungent and supporting fractions are handled the same way. Capsicum annuum fruit extract is set at 2% capsaicinoids expressed as capsaicin (CAS 404-86-4, C18H27NO3, 305.42) and supplied coated or as beadlets so the capsule does not burn on the way down. Piper nigrum L. fruit extract is 95% piperine (CAS 94-62-2, C17H19NO3, 285.34). Coleus forskohlii — the accepted botanical name is Plectranthus barbatus Andrews, also published as Coleus barbatus — gives a root extract at 10% forskolin (CAS 66575-29-9, C22H34O7, 410.51). L-carnitine L-tartrate is CAS 36687-82-8, molar mass 472.48, delivering 68.2% L-carnitine by mass, and it is synthetically produced rather than rendered from animal tissue, which keeps the vegan platform intact. Chromium(III) picolinate is CAS 14639-25-9, C18H12CrN3O6, 418.30, at 12.43% chromium. Bitter orange (Citrus aurantium L.) extract at 6–30% p-synephrine (CAS 94-07-5, C9H13NO2, 167.21) is available as an optional module, not a default. Three things decide whether a given formula can actually ship. First, Commission Regulation (EU) 2022/2340 prohibits the addition of EGCG from green tea extracts at 800 mg or more per daily portion of food and imposes portion, content and warning labelling on any food containing it at any level — a capsule at 400 mg of a 45% EGCG extract is well inside that, but a two-capsule serving of a stronger extract may not be, so the daily portion has to be calculated, not assumed. Second, the shell is an origin declaration: HPMC shells carry the vegan and vegetarian position, bovine gelatin shells come with TSE/BSE and halal or kosher certification, and porcine gelatin is not used unless a buyer specifically instructs it in writing. Third, for sports-nutrition buyers, caffeine and synephrine both appear on the WADA 2026 Monitoring Program as in-competition stimulants — monitored, not prohibited — while higenamine and the DMAA/DMHA family are prohibited and are not used in any Thovek blend. Garcinia carries its own commercial caution: published hepatotoxicity case reports and several national risk assessments mean its status should be confirmed market by market before a launch is committed.
