Ordering & pricing

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 500 kg (about 1,100 lb) per product. We understand a first order is a test of the relationship as much as the product, so smaller trial quantities can be arranged — just ask.

How do I get a price quote?

Send us the product, the grade or specification you need, your quantity, your destination port and your preferred Incoterm. We usually reply the same working day with a formal quotation.

Why is your price different from what I see on marketplace listings?

Prices on listing sites are often indicative and quoted against an unspecified grade. Purity, mesh size, active content and testing scope all change the cost. We quote against a written specification so you are comparing like for like.

Can you supply under our own brand or custom packaging?

Yes. We can pack to your required unit sizes and apply your labelling. Tell us your packaging specification and we will confirm feasibility and cost with your quotation.

Quality & documentation

Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

Yes — a full COA is issued for every batch and travels with every shipment. It covers purity and active content, heavy metals, pesticide residues, and microbiological safety.

Exactly what do you test for?

Assay and active content against the applicable pharmacopeia monograph (USP, EP, BP or FCC), plus elemental content for mineral salts, heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), pesticide residues, microbiological safety (total plate count, yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella), plus moisture and physical parameters.

Can we get third-party lab verification?

Yes. Alongside our in-house checks we use accredited third-party laboratories, and we can arrange testing at a specific laboratory you nominate if you prefer.

Are your products organic certified?

We supply organic certified material on selected products. Because certification is product-specific and scope-limited, tell us the ingredient and market and we will confirm exactly what certification covers it.

Shipping & logistics

Which Incoterms do you work with?

FOB, CIF or DDP, depending on how much of the logistics you want to control. If you are new to importing from India, CIF or DDP is usually simpler.

What is your lead time?

Typically 2–4 weeks from confirmed order, shipping from Mundra or Nhava Sheva. Transit to the US East Coast is roughly 4–5 weeks by sea; air freight is available for urgent or smaller volumes.

Do you ship less than a full container (LCL)?

Yes. Smaller volumes ship LCL or by air freight. Once your volume approaches a full container, FCL usually gives a better landed cost per kg — we will tell you when you reach that point.

How is the product packed for export?

Standard packing is food-grade multi-layer paper bags or HDPE bags with an inner liner, palletised and shrink-wrapped for container shipment. Unit sizes and packing can be adapted to your requirement.

Payment & terms

What payment terms do you offer?

T/T advance for first orders, and Letter of Credit for established relationships. As we build a trading history together we can discuss terms that suit both sides.

What happens if a shipment does not meet the agreed specification?

Raise it with us with your lab results. Where material is confirmed off-specification against the agreed contract specification, we will agree a remedy with you — replacement, credit or return — on a case-by-case basis.
