What we do

Thovek manufactures nutraceutical products for brands worldwide. A customer brings us a formulation, or a market and a brief, and we produce it under their own label — formulated, made, tested and documented. What makes that different is where the ingredients come from. Rather than buying every input from traders, we formulate from a range we catalogue and specify ourselves: vitamins, minerals and trace elements, amino acids, proteins, omega oils, probiotics and standardized botanical extracts across nineteen categories. Fewer intermediaries, traceability to each input rather than to the finished blend, and one company accountable from raw material to finished pack. Those same ingredients are available in bulk to customers who would rather manufacture in their own facility.

How working with us goes

From a first conversation to a batch leaving the building, these are the steps and what you get at each one.

Brief and feasibility

Tell us the product, the destination market and the volume. We come back on whether it can be made as described, and flag anything that will cause a regulatory or stability problem later.
Formulation and costing

We put up a formulation with the ingredient grades named, and cost it. Where a cheaper grade would do the job we say so, and where it would not we say that too.
Sample and specification

You receive a sample with its Certificate of Analysis, and the finished-product specification is agreed in writing before anything scales.
Pilot batch

A production-scale trial confirms the formulation behaves on real equipment, so blend, flow and fill-weight problems surface here rather than in your first commercial run.
Production, testing and dispatch

Manufacture against the agreed specification, batch testing to the parameters we settled, and the full document set travelling with the goods.

Documentation: COA, certificate of origin, packing list and commercial invoice as standard, plus whatever your destination market requires
Retained samples: Held against the shelf life of the product, so a later question can be investigated against the actual material
