This record is written as a green tea complex capsule rather than under the 'fat-burner' wording carried on the source sheet. Fat-burning is an efficacy claim, there is no authorised health claim for green tea catechins in the EU, and printing that phrase on a B2B page hands the buyer a compliance problem before the first purchase order is raised. What a contract manufacturer actually sells is a composition, so the composition is what is described. The base is unfermented Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze leaf extract, worked alongside unroasted green coffee bean extract, L-carnitine L-tartrate, chromium picolinate and a small piperine adjunct from black pepper. It is a blend, not a variant of the single-active green tea capsule, and it is specified and priced as one.
The single most important constraint on this product is Regulation (EU) 2022/2340, which amended Annex III of Regulation (EC) No 1925/2006. A daily portion must contain less than 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate, and green tea extracts containing EGCG are otherwise placed under Union scrutiny, with only aqueous extracts comparable in composition to a traditional green tea infusion excluded. Labels must state the EGCG content per portion and the maximum daily portion, and must carry warnings that the product should not be taken alongside other green tea products on the same day, should not be taken by pregnant or lactating women or anyone under 18, and should not be taken on an empty stomach. Every formula Thovek builds is dosed backwards from that ceiling, and the EGCG figure per capsule and per labelled daily portion is stated on the batch certificate so the buyer can print an accurate on-pack declaration rather than back-calculating one.
Caffeine arrives from two directions here - naturally in the tea and green coffee extracts, and as added caffeine anhydrous where the brief asks for it - so total caffeine is measured on the finished capsule rather than estimated from the inputs, and declared per capsule and per daily portion. Decaffeinated green tea and low-caffeine green coffee grades are available where a market caps caffeine or requires a warning above a threshold. The default hypromellose shell keeps the article vegan and vegetarian with no bovine or porcine input; the bovine gelatin option does not, and the two must never share a label. There is no milk, egg, soy, fish, crustacean, nut, peanut, sesame or gluten input in the formula, and the L-carnitine L-tartrate is the synthetic or fermentation-derived material, never a dairy-sourced one. Thovek makes no metabolic or weight claim; the brand owner substantiates its own label for its own market.

Bulk unpacked capsules ship in 25 kg double-lined HDPE drums inside an opaque outer. Everything is cartoned, shrink-wrapped, strapped and palletised on heat-treated pallets, batch-coded at every level.
