The Post-Workout Recovery Blend is a compounded carbohydrate-plus-protein base, built to the buyer's ratio rather than sold as a fixed article. The carbohydrate system is normally maltodextrin (dextrose equivalent below 20), dextrose monohydrate or waxy maize starch; the protein leg is WPC 80, WPI 90 or whey hydrolysate; and the free amino component is instantised BCAA 2:1:1 (L-leucine CAS 61-90-5, L-isoleucine CAS 73-32-5, L-valine CAS 72-18-4) with L-glutamine (CAS 56-85-9). Creatine monohydrate (CAS 6020-87-7, MW 149.15) and an electrolyte pack of sodium chloride, potassium chloride and trisodium citrate dihydrate complete the standard build. Ratios are set from the published nutrient-timing literature rather than from marketing habit. The ISSN nutrient timing position stand cites carbohydrate intakes around 1.2 g per kg body mass per hour where glycogen has to be restored quickly, or roughly 0.8 g/kg/h of carbohydrate with 0.2-0.4 g/kg/h of protein when the two are co-ingested, which is where the familiar 3:1 and 4:1 carbohydrate-to-protein ratios come from. Where creatine is included, we dose to the 3 g per day that the EU authorised claim under Regulation 432/2012 requires, and we hold creatine to the impurity criteria used by EFSA and in the US GRAS notice for the ingredient: creatinine not more than 100 mg/kg, dicyandiamide not more than 50 mg/kg and dihydrotriazine below the limit of detection. Allergen and diet status follow the protein choice, and getting it wrong is a recall event for the brand owner, so we state it on the specification and on the label artwork proof. Any whey-containing build declares MILK. Instantised whey is commonly lecithinated with soya lecithin, which brings a SOY declaration with it - specify sunflower lecithin if you need to avoid that. Whey builds are bovine dairy and not vegan; they are vegetarian only where the parent cheese whey came from microbial or fermentation-produced chymosin rather than animal rennet, and we confirm rennet type in writing on request. A dairy-free version on pea and rice protein is available for vegan lines. Gluten-free unless a barley or oat-derived carbohydrate is specified.

Food/supplement grade. Standard whey-based build; whey hydrolysate build for faster dispersion; casein or blended-protein overnight variant; dairy-free vegan build on pea and rice protein. Unflavoured base or fully flavoured and sweetened consumer blend. Creatine-inclusive or creatine-free. Kosher, Halal, non-GMO and vegan documentation, and third-party banned-substance batch screening, on request.

Packaging: 25 kg net in multi-wall kraft paper sacks with a food-grade LDPE inner liner, or 20 kg fibre drums for hygroscopic carbohydrate-rich builds; 1 kg and 5 kg foil laminate pouches for trials and stability. Palletised 500 kg to 1 MT, stretch-wrapped and corner-boarded. Store below 25 C, relative humidity below 60%, off the floor and away from strong odours - the dairy fraction picks up taint readily.
