Thovek manufactures vitamin B-complex tablets to order for supplement brands, contract packers, pharmacy chains and distributors. A standard complex carries the eight B-group vitamins — thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), biotin (B7), folate (B9) and cobalamin (B12) — using pharmacopeial raw materials, most often thiamine mononitrate or thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, niacinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, biotin, folic acid and cyanocobalamin. Methylcobalamin and L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium are offered where a brand prefers those forms. The B-group vitamins are water-soluble coenzyme precursors involved in carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism; strengths run from RDA-level daily complexes up to high-potency B-50 and B-100 style blends, always capped to the limits permitted in the destination market. Tablets are produced by direct compression or wet granulation depending on the active load, then either left uncoated, film-coated with an HPMC-based system that masks the characteristic odour of the B vitamins, sugar-coated, or built as a sustained-release matrix. Riboflavin imparts a yellow colour to the core and to urine after consumption, which is normally declared on the pack. Overages on the more labile actives, chiefly cyanocobalamin and folic acid, are fixed from accelerated and real-time stability data rather than applied as a flat rule. Each batch is checked for individual vitamin assay by HPLC, disintegration or dissolution, weight variation, hardness, friability, heavy metals and microbial limits, and is released against an agreed finished-product specification. The offering is a private-label and OEM service: buyers may supply their own formula, adapt one of our reference formulations, or ask us to develop a new one. Artwork, pack count, blister or bottle format, coating colour and language are all buyer-defined. Minimum order quantities are set per SKU and kept workable for first orders and market-test runs, with pilot batches available before committing to a full production campaign. Export documentation supplied with each shipment includes a batch certificate of analysis, MSDS, GMP certificate, FSSAI licence copy, certificate of free sale or export NOC, and allergen, non-GMO and BSE/TSE declarations; halal and kosher certification, and destination-specific label review, are arranged on request.
