This is a separate finished product from the men's blend in the same range, with different actives, a different capsule burden and a different buyer. Its backbone is the inositol pair: myo-inositol (CAS 87-89-8) and D-chiro-inositol (CAS 643-12-9), stereoisomers that share the formula C6H12O6 and a molar mass of 180.16, dosed at the 40:1 myo to D-chiro ratio that has become the reference proportion in this category. A typical daily serving carries 2000 mg of myo-inositol with 50 mg of D-chiro-inositol; other ratios and loads are available, but the ratio must be stated on the panel because it is the point of difference buyers are shopping for. Because 2 g of inositol will not fit a single capsule, the format is normally a two-capsule serving in size 00, or a stick-pack powder where the buyer prefers it. Around the inositols sit folate, supplied either as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium (CAS 151533-22-1, C20H23CaN7O6, MW 497.5) or as folic acid, which are not interchangeable on a label; vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol (CAS 67-97-0, C27H44O, MW 384.64) at the standard 1 mcg equals 40 IU basis; zinc as zinc citrate dihydrate (CAS 5990-32-9, about 31% elemental zinc); selenium as L-selenomethionine (CAS 3211-76-5, about 40% Se); and coenzyme Q10 as ubiquinone (CAS 303-98-0, C59H90O4, MW 863.34). Botanical options are offered on generic standardisation: Vitex agnus-castus fruit extract at 0.5% agnuside by HPLC, and Asparagus racemosus (shatavari) root extract at 20% total saponins by gravimetry, with a shatavarin IV assay available on request. Note that chasteberry-containing lots are the wrong build for a pregnancy or lactation SKU and carry a consult-a-practitioner advisory in most markets; a Vitex-free preconception version is the usual answer. Origin and allergen positions are straightforward and worth printing: inositol is made from plant phytate sources such as corn steep liquor and rice bran, coenzyme Q10 comes from yeast fermentation, and the standard shell is HPMC, so the pack can carry a vegan declaration provided the vitamin D3 is the lichen-derived grade rather than the usual lanolin-sourced material, which is vegetarian but not vegan.
