Vitamin B-complex premix is an intermixture of the eight B-group vitamins, weighed and blended so that one fixed dose of premix delivers a customer's declared label claim. The standard build uses thiamine mononitrate (CAS 532-43-4) or thiamine hydrochloride (67-03-8), riboflavin (83-88-5), niacinamide (98-92-0) or nicotinic acid (59-67-6), calcium D-pantothenate (137-08-6), pyridoxine hydrochloride (58-56-0), D-biotin (58-85-5), folic acid (59-30-3) and cyanocobalamin (68-19-9). Coenzyme forms are available where a brand wants them: riboflavin 5'-phosphate sodium (130-40-5), pyridoxal 5'-phosphate monohydrate (41468-25-1), methylcobalamin (13422-55-4) and calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (151533-22-1). B vitamins are established cofactors in normal energy-yielding metabolism, which is why the group is blended and dosed together rather than singly. The engineering of a premix is in the blend, not in the chemistry. Each vitamin arrives with its own monograph assay, and the finished premix is released against declared content per gram plus a blend-uniformity check taken from several points in the lot. Because the actives sit at very different loadings — niacinamide in milligrams, cyanocobalamin in micrograms — the low-dose members are supplied as 0.1% or 1% triturations and the particle size of every component is matched to the carrier so the blend does not segregate in a hopper, a sachet line or a tablet feed frame. Carrier choice is the buyer's: maize maltodextrin for dispersibility, microcrystalline cellulose or dicalcium phosphate for direct compression, rice flour for a clean label. Stability overage on the labile members — thiamine, folate and B12 — is set against the buyer's shelf-life target and process temperatures, and agreed in writing before the first lot. Commercially the premix is a straightforward material to declare. Nothing in the standard build is of animal origin: riboflavin is made by fermentation with Ashbya gossypii or Bacillus subtilis, cyanocobalamin by fermentation with Pseudomonas denitrificans or Propionibacterium species, and the remainder are synthetic, so the premix is vegan and vegetarian suitable and carries no milk, egg, fish, crustacean, soy, peanut, tree nut, sesame or gluten declaration unless a nominated carrier introduces one. Food grade to FCC and FSSAI; pharmacopoeial build with every component to USP-NF or Ph. Eur.; feed-grade build on request. Custom ratios, direct-compression, cold-water-dispersible and coenzyme-form versions, with or without stability overage.

Packaging: 1 kg aluminium-foil laminate pouches inside fibre drums; 5 kg and 25 kg HDPE drums with a double food-grade LDPE liner. All packs opaque and light-protective, palletised and stretch-wrapped. Trial quantities of 100 g and 500 g available.
